FAQ
How do I know if I'm in an toxic/narcissistic relationship?
In a toxic relationship you feel fearful much of the time, walking on eggshells, never sure whether what you do or say will incur their wrath. You are not a priority; your opinions are not respected, they don’t listen when you talk, and you feel frustrated, unloved and unable to please them. A toxic individual will refuse to resolve conflict and often bullies you.
How do I know I’m not the narcissist?
